Own the path from a Book a Demo request to a property that runs on ParkHere: demos, follow-ups, pricing conversations and the hand-off to onboarding, across condos and HOAs, apartment buildings, metered lots and commercial properties.
What you will do
- check_circleRun demos for property managers, boards and lot owners, and follow every inbound request to a decision
- check_circleKeep one honest pipeline: next steps, timelines and reasons, reviewed with the founders each week
- check_circleGrow the patrol and tow partner channel that brings properties with it
- check_circleFeed what prospects ask for back to the team so pricing, copy and the product keep up
- check_circleHand each new customer to onboarding with the property, rules and contacts already captured
What we look for
- check_circleExperience selling B2B software or services, ideally to property managers, condo boards or building owners
- check_circleComfortable demoing software live and writing clear follow-ups
- check_circleOrganised with a pipeline and honest about what will and will not close
- check_circleCurious about how parking, payments and compliance actually work on a property
Nice to have
- add_circleTime inside a property management company, a condo corporation or a parking operator
- add_circleFamiliarity with subscription pricing or Stripe billing
Build and run the product end to end with the CTO: the property manager portal, the resident and visitor flows, patrol tools, payments and the mobile app.
What you will do
- check_circleShip features across the web platform: Node.js, PostgreSQL, EJS templates and a vanilla JavaScript bundle
- check_circleWork on payments end to end with Stripe, including Connect payouts, subscriptions and the free trial
- check_circleKeep the React Native end-user app in step with the web flows
- check_circleCare for the parts nobody sees: AWS Elastic Beanstalk and RDS, SMS delivery, email, monitoring and backups
- check_circleWrite the small, clear documentation that lets the next person move fast
What we look for
- check_circleSolid JavaScript and SQL, with production experience running a Node service
- check_circleYou have integrated a payments provider and understand webhooks, idempotency and refunds
- check_circleYou care about accessible, consistent interfaces and can work inside a design system
- check_circleYou are comfortable owning a change from the idea to the deploy and the follow-up
Nice to have
- add_circleReact Native or other mobile experience
- add_circleAWS operations, Cloudflare or PostgreSQL tuning
- add_circleInterest in hardware at the edge: the plate-recognition cameras on commercial lots
