By accessing or using ParkHere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ParkHere provides a parking management platform that enables property managers to manage parking operations and allows residents and visitors to obtain parking passes. Our services include residential parking management, visitor pass management, metered parking, and patrol services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Update your information to keep it current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. Payments and Billing

Certain services require payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Parking Enforcement

ParkHere facilitates parking management on behalf of property managers. Parking rules, enforcement policies, and towing decisions are determined by the property manager. ParkHere is not liable for any enforcement actions taken on managed properties.

7. Limitation of Liability

ParkHere is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to vehicle towing, parking fines, or property damage.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
