Simple, transparent pricing

The trial is set up after your demo. Once your account exists, saving a card starts it and nothing is charged that day. Your 30-day trial covers up to 25 residential units and 25 metered spaces (commercial properties are set up with our team and are not part of the trial). Your plan follows what you add, Stripe emails you a reminder about a week before the trial ends, and on day 31 your card is charged for what you have in use, plus tax. Cancel from your billing page at any time before then and you pay nothing. One trial per organization.

Your subscription is billed monthly through Stripe, based on your plan: per unit for residential properties, per space for metered lots, or per property for commercial. You can review every charge from the billing page in your portal.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your client portal: it ends immediately, your properties become inactive until you resubscribe, and nothing further is charged. The rest of a month already paid is not refunded.

Metered parking payments are processed through Stripe and settle directly to your connected Stripe account, less ParkHere's 10% service fee on each payment. ParkHere never holds your revenue.

Nothing for residential visitor passes - those are covered by your subscription. For metered parking, visitors pay the hourly rate and tax you set for the lot.
