Sign up in seconds with your name, email, and a password. Once registered, you're immediately taken to your management dashboard where you can start your journey.

Head to your Account page and fill in your business details. This information appears on resident communications and parking signage, so keep it accurate and professional.

Navigate to Properties and select Residential. Create a property group with a unique 6-digit code that goes on your parking signs. Then add individual units with addresses, monthly pass limits, and time windows.

If you manage paid visitor parking, go to Properties and select Metered. Set your hourly rate, available spaces, and tax settings. Visitors will see your pricing instantly when they look up your property by its group code.

Head to your Billing page and add a payment method, then switch to the Adjust Plan tab. Your plan auto-fills based on the properties you've created. Review your limits, confirm the monthly total, and hit Subscribe. Once active, your properties go live and are discoverable by residents and visitors.

Go to your Billing page and click "Connect Stripe Account." You'll be guided through Stripe's secure onboarding to add your bank details and verify your identity. Once connected, payments from metered parking and extra pass purchases flow directly to you.
