Set Up Your Business Profile
Head to your Account page and fill in your business details. This information appears on resident communications and parking signage, so keep it accurate and professional.

Add a Residential Property
With your free trial running (see step 5), navigate to Properties and select Residential. Create a property group with a unique 6-digit code that goes on your parking signs. Then add individual units with addresses, monthly pass limits, and time windows.

Add a Metered Property
If you manage paid visitor parking, go to Properties and select Metered. Set your hourly rate, available spaces, and tax settings. Visitors will see your pricing instantly when they look up your property by its location code.

Your Free Trial & Billing
Do this first: open your Billing page and save a card. That starts your free 30-day trial - $0 today - and makes your properties live for residents and visitors. During the trial your plan follows what you add (up to 25 units and 25 spaces). On day 31 your card is charged for what is in use, plus tax, then monthly; cancel anytime before then and nothing is charged.

Go to your Billing page and click "Connect Stripe Account." You'll be guided through Stripe's secure onboarding to add your bank details and verify your identity. Once connected, payments from metered parking and extra pass purchases flow directly to you.
