Add a Patrol Officer

Patrol officers check license plates at your properties to detect violations. Add their name and phone number, then assign them to one or more property groups using the location transfer list.

How Patrol Works

Officers sign in with their phone number on the ParkHere app. They select a location and see all valid and expired plates in real-time. If they find an unauthorized vehicle, they can request a tow directly from the app.

Add a Service Provider

Service providers are towing companies or roadside assistance that respond to patrol requests. They need a business name, phone, email for notifications, and address. Assign them to locations where they operate.

email Email address required — they receive tow request notifications
location_on Assign to property groups where they operate

How Tow Requests Work

When a patrol officer spots an unauthorized vehicle, they create a tow request with the plate number, vehicle color, and notes. The assigned service provider receives an email with accept and reject links — no account needed. The officer gets notified of the response.

What Providers See

Service providers receive an email with all the details they need: plate number, vehicle color, location address, and the requesting officer's phone number. They click Accept or Reject — no login required. The response link expires after 24 hours.

Managing Your Team

You can edit officer or provider details at any time — update their name, phone, assigned locations, or remove them entirely. Removing an officer or provider is a soft delete and doesn't affect historical tow request records.

edit Update details or reassign locations anytime
delete Remove officers or providers when no longer needed
history Historical tow request records are preserved
