Create a Property Group

Property groups bundle multiple units under one 6-digit code displayed on signage and QR codes. Visitors and residents use this code to find your property. Create a group first, then add units to it.

tag Create groups to organize units under one code
qr_code 6-digit code goes on parking signs and QR codes
group_work Multiple units share one group
2

Add a Property

Each property represents a single unit. Fill in the address, assign it to a group, and set the monthly pass limit. This is the unit residents will claim using the group code from your parking signage.

edit Enter property name, address, and unit number
apartment Assign to an existing property group
confirmation_number Set how many visitor passes per month

Set Parking Hours & Pass Duration

Define when parking passes are required. Set the allowed hours window, how long each pass lasts, and a grace period after expiration. Outside the required hours, parking is unrestricted.

Configure Pass Limits & Extra Passes

Each unit gets a monthly pass quota. When residents exceed it, they can purchase extra passes if you enable that option. Extra passes require a connected Stripe account and are charged to the resident's saved card.

pin Set the monthly pass quota per unit
add_shopping_cart Enable paid extra passes for residents who need more
credit_card Charges go to the resident's saved payment method
6

Managing Residents

Once residents claim their unit using the group code, they appear in your Residents page. You can edit their pass quantity, move them to a different unit within the same group, or take action if needed.

swap_horiz Move residents between units without losing active passes

7

Remove, Suspend, or Ban

When you remove a resident, all their active passes are immediately expired and the current month's passes are soft-deleted so the next resident gets a fresh quota. Suspend and ban work the same way but also restrict the resident's account.

person_remove Remove: evicts from unit, expires active passes
pause_circle Suspend: same as remove + account suspended with reason
block Ban: same as remove + account permanently banned
8

Delete a Property

Deleting a property permanently removes it from your portfolio. If a resident is assigned, they're evicted and their account is reset. All passes are archived to history tables for your records, and visitor requests are removed.

delete Property and all associated data permanently removed
archive Pass history archived for audit and reporting
person_off Assigned resident evicted and reset to regular user
