Create a Property Group
Property groups bundle your metered lots under one 6-digit code for signage. Visitors enter this code to find and purchase hourly parking at your location.

Add a Metered Property
Each metered property represents a paid parking lot. Set the hourly rate, number of spaces, and optional tax settings. Visitors see your pricing when they look up the location code.
Configure Pricing & Tax
Set whether your price includes tax or if it's added on top. The tax rate is applied automatically at checkout. You can also add a description that visitors see when selecting your lot.

Bulk Upload Metered Properties
Upload multiple metered properties via CSV. The format includes property name, address, spaces, price per hour, tax settings, and group name. Download the sample to see the exact format.
How Visitors Find & Pay
Visitors enter the 6-digit location code from your parking sign. They see your metered lots with pricing, select how many hours they need, and pay instantly with their saved card. No approval needed - it's fully automated.
Revenue & Stripe Connect
All metered parking payments flow directly to your connected Stripe account. Make sure you've completed Stripe Connect setup on your Billing page. You can view transactions and payouts from your Stripe dashboard.

Delete a Metered Property
Deleting a metered property removes it from your portfolio. Active metered passes are archived to history tables. The property will no longer appear when visitors search for the location code.

This will permanently remove this property. Active passes will be archived.
