Property groups bundle your metered lots under one 6-digit code for signage. Visitors enter this code to find and purchase hourly parking at your location.

Each metered property represents a paid parking lot. Set the hourly rate, number of spaces, and optional tax settings. Visitors see your pricing when they look up the group code.

Set whether your price includes tax or if it's added on top. The tax rate is applied automatically at checkout. You can also add a description that visitors see when selecting your lot.

Upload multiple metered properties via CSV. The format includes property name, address, spaces, price per hour, tax settings, and group name. Download the sample to see the exact format.

Visitors enter the 6-digit group code from your parking sign. They see your metered lots with pricing, select how many hours they need, and pay instantly with their saved card. No approval needed — it's fully automated.

All metered parking payments flow directly to your connected Stripe account. Make sure you've completed Stripe Connect setup on your Billing page. You can view transactions and payouts from your Stripe dashboard.

Deleting a metered property removes it from your portfolio. Active metered passes are archived to history tables. The property will no longer appear when visitors search for the group code.
