Everything you need to know about subscriptions, payment methods,
and receiving revenue from your properties.
Payment Method
Add a Payment Method
Before you can activate your subscription, you need a payment method on file. Go to your Billing page and click 'Add Payment Method.' Enter your card details through Stripe's secure form, and your card is saved for monthly billing.
Review Your Plan
Switch to the Adjust Plan tab. Your limits are auto-filled based on the properties you've already created. Each category has a per-unit price: $1.99/unit for residential, $0.99/space for metered, and $9.99/property for commercial. Use the stepper buttons to adjust.

Your Current Bill
The Current Bill tab shows a read-only view of your active subscription. You can see each category's limit, per-unit price, current usage, and line total. The monthly total is what you're billed each cycle.

Update Your Plan
Need more capacity? Switch to the Adjust Plan tab and change your limits. You can't go below your current usage. A change summary shows exactly what's changing and the cost difference. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades are credited on your next invoice.
Connect Your Stripe Account
If you have metered properties or charge for extra passes, connect your Stripe account to receive those payments. Click 'Connect Stripe Account' and complete Stripe's onboarding. Once verified, end-user payments flow directly to your bank. ParkHere collects a 10% service fee.
Cancel Your Subscription
If you need to cancel, click 'Cancel Subscription' on the Current Bill tab. A confirmation dialog appears. Once cancelled, your properties are immediately deactivated — end-users can no longer find or use them. You can resubscribe at any time to reactivate.
